"Quiet and Efficient"

I love it because it is quiet, uses a lot less water and my clothes seem to be cleaner. The washer tub is larger and therefore I can wash items that before I had to take to a Laundromat and I loathe those places! It is easy to operate and even my husband is not afraid to use it! Now, that's a plus!

Old stackable unit was not good anymore and I had to look for another one. Had a hard time finding one that still allows to select the water level, not just auto fill. Could not be happier!

Nice Stacked Unit

I have a small place, where my washer is in my kitchen, basically, leaving no room for a dryer. So, this stacked unit was a good choice! The washer has a "auto-load sensing" option which I'm still testing out, but there are also the normal Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large options, as well. The dryer's lint trap is a little awkwardly located: right in the front, above the control panel. It's awkward for the fact that a few tufts of lint not properly caught will occasionally fly out upon opening the door (and, as I said, this is in my kitchen, where it's a bit of a concern). Overall, it is a good product with which I am happy. I do not have any complaints about how it operates, how the knobs and buttons work, or how the lid/door functions. The lint trap is the only feature I would tweak, but even that is a minor complaint!

I have a small laundry area and have always had this style of washer/ dryer...this is the best one...I really, really like it. Larger load and more features than the last one.
