Louder than expected

Got this machine to replace an older one that was leaking. This model washes and dries well but is much louder than expected. If it is in a room away from quiet areas, it won't be a problem

I brought this product about three weeks ago had it delivered today and used it for the first time , Unit is too Loud and Noisy

This unitized model replaces a sixteen year old unit and we cannot believe the huge improvement in efficiency and the relative quietness achieved. Both the washer and dryer far exceed expectations. We have no regrets with our purchase.
