washer loud!

I had this product installed a week ago and after a load i thought the washer was broken because the cycles are so loud! When serviced, the repair man (a great person) said that the newer models have louder motors (and no sound proofing installation) due to cost and I would have had to purchase a model twice as expensive (and not a stackable option, which wouldn't be possible for me) in order to have a quieter model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for my small space.

This unit fit perfectly in the same space as my washer. I do have to be a bit conscious of my load size as I had a huge washer before but so far it's great! I like the auto size feature, helping me save water and energy.

Energy efficient, super quiet, great features and washing/drying options! Water level is correct if you do not overfill your washer! Use power load option with extra large water capacity for more water. Very happy customer!

Installed this unit in a closet in my small apartment. Unit is a bit noisy when washing, possibly due to being placed on an ancient wooden floor. Otherwise, it appears to be well-built and perfect for my situation.

This is the perfect size to fit in the small space I have but has enough space to do decent sized loads. It's quiet and efficient.
I don't like how the lint trap is though because it's pretty easy to end up with lint on your clothes when you pull them out due to positioning.

I purchased this machine because all of the reviews raved about how quiet this unit was/is - that is not my experience - this machine is super loud, I would expect this from a machine after several years of no use - but not after 5 days
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
