Great so far!!

I've only had this unit one week (that's why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5) and so far I love it, however, I was surprised that it takes so much longer to wash than my old one but I'm OK with that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why does the washer agitator not turn back and forth in order to get your clothes clean?

Picking up tomorrow and bringing me another

I had this installed March 25. The installer told me to put a small load in to test it. Could not complete the test! The spin cycle was rubbing so hard against something that it sounded like a thrashing machine! VERY disappointed. I will be getting a new one delivered tomorrow. Hopefully this one is good to go. I realize some things happen but where the heck is Quality Control?

Well, I only got my new unit installed a couple of hours ago and have already washed two loads of clothes--one was towels and the other is knit stuff. Everything seems to work just fine so far!
