This is great washer/Dryer combo for small spaces, it is very energy efficient and the perfect condo size.

Need help

I am very happy with my unit. The problem I’m having is my washer is not stopping filling up with water. We have to stop it and go directly to quick rinse and then that takes forever. I tried resetting but that didn’t work either. Please help.

Very quiet!

I was surprised at how quiet this machine is, even during the spin cycle. I washed a heavy cotton blanket and cotton sheets and the washer did not lose balance or make weird noises like my previous washer did where I'd have to stop it and rearrange the clothes inside.
It uses very little water and the agitation is rather different, it seems more like quick bursts than actual rotation of the agitator.
The fabric softener does not spill on top of the clothes, but through the inside of the agitator down to the bottom of the tub. This prevents fabric softener stains.
The bleach funnel is rather small, and I found myself spilling some bleach over the edge and onto the clothes. Not ideal.
The water temperatures seem adequate, although I would prefer a warm rinse option instead of so many different cold wash options (tap cold, cold, cool).
Cleaning-wise, it does a good job but not a great job. Perhaps I need to adjust detergent and bleach proportions for a better result.
The dryer is basic, with three automatic cycles, high, medium and low heat, and one timed cycle. I think it takes a bit longer to dry each load than I'd like it to, but it's still not bad.
Overall I do recommend it for its affordable price, looks and features; but I would probably invest $400 more and get a front-loading HE washer and dryer combo instead.

This is my third washer going on my 4th with this model. The washer cant handle 2 people I cant even imagine a family of 4.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
