Noisy

This machine is very noisy very much like the two year old one that it replaced. The two year old one was very noisy and we found out the drive shaft was shot. Metal screws on the control panel of this one are not flush and catch your skin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought our washer/dryer 4 months ago to replace the unit that came with our house. This new unit is so quiet compared to the one we had.

I needed a smaller unit for a small laundry room. This is perfect for that. It is rather loud and makes some odd noises.

This is the best washer-dryer that I ever had. It does a great job on laundry and does not make a lot of noise. The unit is very sturdy and does not shake or vibrate like some previous units that we had. It fits comfortably into the cramped space and yet it handles full size loads. It is a real pleasure to do laundry now.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT. VERY NOISY I THINK BECAUSE OF THE AGITATOR. WATER DOES NOT EMPTY OUT ALL THE WAY. TAKES A LONG TIME TO DO A LOAD OF LAUNDRY. THINKING OF CANCELING MY ORDER FOR OTHER APPLIANCE BECAUSE OF THIS. I WANTED AN ALL AMERICAN MADE APPLIANCES. SO SAD.

Unusual Washing Machine Sounds

I purchased this unit 5 months ago and with the exception of the strange noises
it makes in the rinse/spin cycles, it is excellent. The dryer dries the clothes very well.
I like that both the washer and dryer have many choices. I called Customer Service
about the noise and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out to take a look/listen to it.
