Good capacity, some design flaws

The full-size capacity in an apartment-size stack is nice for the occasional comforter washing. (Otherwise not a lot of laundry in a 1-bedroom apt!)
The main design flaw is in the dryer: The placement of the lint trap and lack of a grate results in the fabric softener sheet ending up in the lint trap before the end of 4 out of 5 loads. I use a half-sheet so it's pretty light, but it's never been a problem in any other dryer.
Also surprised that there's no end-of-cycle signal.

Great size for a small family

Great product for those that are challenged for appliance space. Low washer height is good for shorter adults and the wash load size automatic sensing feature is great for conserving on water use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installed in small kitchen pantry. It should be emphasized if closed area door(s) must be vented for dryer function. Unit is
somewhat noisy, understandable, but this should be pointed out.

Poor Example of a Washing Machine

Small capacity. Too little water. Use more water since clothes need washing two to three times. Noisy. Rinsing and spin dry cycle goes through many cycles to complete function. Would not purchase this machine.

Some people were complaining about noise. I don't believe it's loud at all. I think it works great!! Made sure it was level, made sure the moving bar was removed. Hooked it up,and good to go!!

Dryer works great

The washer is a big disappointment. I knew nothing about the new machines compared to my old one. These new machines won't fill up to the top row of holes in the tub, EVER. I can't wash a full load of clothes. I cant wash four pair of jeans with any other clothes because the water won't cover all the clothes. The water barely covers the clothes. At least some models still have an agitator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great solution for small spaces

So far, so good! Much quieter and larger than an old Kenmore that was in the same space. It's capacity is surprising large for such a compact unit. Lots of options for both washing and drying. Not sure we'll use all of them. But having that flexibility is nice.
