This is a replacement unit because our first one kept snagging clothes in the dryer. It took about 9 months to get it replaced. We have only had this one a week and it is staging clothes in the dryer and the washer keeps sticking between cycles. We are very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dryer damages clothes

The washing machine is great but the dryer has a design flaw as explained to me by the technician that came to service it. Draw strings and clothing get stuck in the top bearing slide and are ruined. GE has no current fix for this and as such will continue to manufacture the dryer this way. GE did replace the first machine but the second unit does the same thing. I will be requesting a refund and removal of this unit to purchase a different brand. Purchase at your own risk.
