The sensor for the machine determining the correct water level does not work well. There is no sensor on the dryer for when it finished drying a load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Think I will like it for years to come

I bought this when my first stack unit died. A stack is all that will fit in my condo space short of a complete remodel. This one has a much larger tub, and is saving me so many loads. I like everything about it except the lack of a dryer buzzer to let me know it's time to fold.

We purchased this set as part of our bathroom renovation, to provide a better use of space. So far it works great and I didn't lose anything in terms of capacity or function. The price was very reasonable.
