Problems after 2 years Hoping for GE Help

We have this unit at our summer home and have probably used for 8 months total.
It's only 2 years old and we have a bearing problem with the washer. This was
confirmed by the store that we bought it from. Since the warranty is one year I'm hoping we can get some help from GE.
