Dryer leaves marks on clothing and sheets.

The dryer leaves black grease marks on our sheets and clothes. Very disappointing.

Terrible - stains clothing

Either the washer or dryer is leaving grease stains all over my bedding and clothes. Also, the dryer makes the whole house shake when it's on the spin cycle. I would never recommend this product.

Leaves black marks on clothes

Size wise this unit is great and is perfect for small spaces. Unfortunately after 6 months the dryer started leaving black marks on my clothes. I had both the drum and another part replaced by a GE service man and after 2 weeks the black marks started again. Very disappointed.

As clothes tumble, they make contact with several components around the door; however, clothes should not get caught on the lint filter, sensor rods, or under the edge of the drum. If this is occurring, you may see tears, holes, or snags in the items being dried, or you may see black marks on cuffs, collars, etc.If you are experiencing these symptoms, we recommend rescheduling another appointment and having service come back.

Terrible machine

I bought this machine in June 2017. The washer stopped working about four weeks ago, it wouldn't move on to the spin cycle. The repair man (from the appliance dealer) has been out several times. He's replaced the lid lock and some other parts inside. It worked for two loads this week after being "fixed" last Thursday and then stopped working again. I see all of the previous reviews about this machine and I have had the same issues - dark grease lines on my sheets, items getting caught in the drum and now this non-spinning washer. I have a GE appliance repair coming next Tuesday. I'm wondering if he will fix it or if it will be an extended warranty sales call. One thing is for sure, I will never buy another GE product.

Doesn't always drain

I like the washer/dryer. But, the washer doesn't drain properly every time. I end up having to use the drain/spin cycle. At least it cleans good.
