clothes continuously get pulled into a gap at the top of the dryer. Has ruined a few garments and is a fire hazard.

We recommend placing the tie strings, belts, sashes or other loose/strappy items in an open mesh bag to prevent tangling and wrinkling of the load. You can also tie the loose strings may tangle with other items in the dryer load.

A Lot for A Little

I bought the 3.9 cu washer 4.5 cu dryer combo tower. It is reasonably priced, space saving, easy installation, strong stability on a floating floor, average noise during washing but quicker wash time than my previous unit, and quiet dryer. The washer easily handles a king comforter. I installed yesterday but have tried most of the cycles and am happy with the results. I have other GE appliances that have stayed reliable over time so I truly hope for the same with this unit. I recommend this washer dryer combo.

6 years and no problems. Love the space saving stackable. Have them in the master bedroom closet and run them frequently at night - quiet & well vented.

Terrible dryers

The dryer will stop and leave your clothes wet and won’t start again until the dryer cools completely off . This product is designed for failure and will never recommend using it. 0/5

Worst appliance I’ve ever owned. Got the 5 year extended warranty and had it worked on constantly. Finally the warranty folks said we reached our appliance lifetime maximum. I didn’t realize there was such a thing.
I had a bad experience with GE washer /dryer before but I figured how could I go wrong? Now I’m paying to fix it and looking for a nice Samsung or some such.
