Terrific unit

This is the third apartment-sized, stacked washer/dryer unit and it is by far the best. Love the many options for clothes washing/drying. Also, love that it has water sensing technology so I don't waste water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had the unit for about three weeks. I notice a lot of loud clanking between cycles, but that is explained in the manual. If you want to change anything once a cycle has started, you have to push "start" again. You can't skip to any point in a cycle as if you had a dial or knob to turn. Once you push start, you are committed. The water fill usually does not cover all my clothes, so I have to push them down, or wait for additional filling to make sure all the clothes are covered with water. The agitator is different than other washers I have had. Lots of time between movement, not a constant agitation. The spin cycle is also different. It takes 5 or 6 attempts to spin before the spin actually starts It must be rebalancing something, but nothing is explained in the manual. That said, the clothes are nearly dry when the spin is complete. The worst feature is the lint collection system in the door of this unit. When you open the door to the dryer, lint starts flying around. More lint flies out when removing the lint trap. Lint collects on the door and frame of the dryer and has to be removed between each cycle. I now use a hand held vacuum when open the dryer door to catch the loose lint. The wash basket size is a selling point 2.0 cu. ft. The discontinued model was 2.2 cu. ft. and I wonder why that was changed?

Mixed feelings

No sound proofing for washer. Agitator makes a honking sort of noise. Loud. I have almost scalding hot water from my faucets, but the hot water wash is only warm, because machine adds cold water in the hot wash cycle. Tub is large and holds good amount of clothes, but water level only fills to half the volume of tub. Seems to clean clothes well, though. Dryer is quiet. Perfect fit for my small laundry closet.

Bought this for my second home/rental property. Controls are a bit confusing at first because there is no differentiation in washer/dryer controls.. But it does wash well and is fairly quiet. Happy with purchase.

Bigger inside then it looks in pictures

This washer\dryer combo is definitely much bigger than I expected. I was only able to see the larger model in the stores. I have limited space in my home and I needed a combo washer and dryer. I really wanted a front loader, but for what I had to work with, this was a good product.

Small but works great

I had to buy this washer unit because my laundry area was too small to fit regular stackable units. It washes my clothes great, and is fairly quiet. It's hard to tell if the dryer is going sometimes because it's that quiet. I sometimes do hear some clanking noises during the wash spin cycles, but it's not a big deal.
