Good unit

Install was rough, had to come back 2-3 times, no one explained unit - had to get Geek Squad (extended warranty company) to explain how the machine works. Now, it's good.

The best in convenience and operation!

I would give it a perfect score if not for the odd sound the washer makes during operation. It washes and dries my clothes beautifully and holds much more than most compact stackables I have used. The workmanship seems sound and has nice features. I do hope someday that they will offer a less expensive compact unit as they are so expensive compared to newer, top of the line full size units.

Bought this to fit a small spot in our kitchen. After a few months, we're very satisfied. Works for our family of four, not too small, not too loud. Very satisfied.

Spacemaker Washer dryer

I bought this product to put in a rental apartment. Since it has not been rented yet, I've used it a couple of times. It works pretty well, however it has an exceptionally long spin time, and the lint filter in the dryer does not do a good job in preventing lint from getting on clothes and the surrounding area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost perfect

We downsized which is why we bought this unit and have been using it about 3 months. While I am pleased with it overall, there is one reason I couldn't give it 5 stars. All the cycles seem to be the same to me. If I put the wash cycle on delicate, it spins the clothes just as much as it does on the normal cycle. Therefore, even my delicate clothes come out very wrinkled. I don't like to iron so am not very happy about this. Other than that, I am pleased with this unit. It took a bit to get used to the water level auto-adjusting but everything comes out clean. The capacity of this unit surprises me as I can do a fairly good size load.
