Horrible don't waste your money

Washing machine stopped working :(

It fills up with water and then tries to start the wash cycle but isn’t able to so then it stops. Then the washer is just full of water . I can change the setting to rinse and spin and it will do just that but the clothes are clearly not clean do to the agitator I believe would be the right term wont agitate ( basically the actual washing part does wash . I have taken it apart and it I noticed one of the belts ? ( I think it’s a belt .. it’s a black rubber part that attaches the inside of the washer to the outside of the washer .. there are 4 of them total and they hold the washer up and keep it at balance. So I think since of the 4 rubber belts broke there is only 3 now so it’s un even and the washer senses it there for it dosent wash . ( I could be wrong but I believe that’s what it is . How do I order another one of those rubber parts and what would the rubber part be called ? Do you think this sounds like it could even be the reason or the cause of the issue ? Please help me

This is my second GE washer/dryer unit and I am very pleased with the way my clothes look and feel. The new model has more features. For example, the pre-soak cycle and second rinse. It fits in a very small space and you can do a lot of laundry fast because it has a great capacity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Already stopped drying.

Not even 2 months old and I already have to run the dryer 3 times to get anything close to dry. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Unable to control the water level

The only Pro about this water dryer combo is that it fits in a small space . For water saving purposes it will keep my water bill low but because of some government regulation I am unable to choose a water level instead it weights your clothes and decides for you how much water you need. I prefer to decide the water level I need depending on what I am washing therefore there have been times I have had to add water . It also has a lock down feature when in rinse mode. I really don't like being unable to open my own personal washer lid at any point in the cycle. Be very careful when buying this . If you like to think for yourself and control your washers features this is not the machine for you. The dryer is fine no problem there.
