I have had the combo machine for one week and it has been working fine. However, I am disappointed that it doesn't have a buzzer to let you know when the dryer has finished.

Way nicer than what was expected. Auto-load sensing is great and tub is much larger than expected overall great compact unit

I bought this washer/dryer and had it delivered today. It is a bit noisey during the drain and spin cycle. I called customer service and the agent told me that a humming sound is normal for this product. It is louder than my last machine.

Almost perfect...

I have used it only a few days but so far am impressed with everything but drying capacity. For example, a load 2 large bath towels, 2 hand towels and as many face cloths required extra drying time. All said, though, it IS a compact unit so determining optimum loading will take time adjusting from a previous large capacity W/D pair. Downsizing to a condo has its trials.... Installation in a cramped space was no more difficult than expected and went very well. Operation is easy and much quieter than anticipated - a real nice surprise.

Repair required prior to use

After waiting for delivery and being required to hook it up myself because the "required parts" list did not include a dryer vent hose so I didn't have one available... I still couldn't use the washer because a part on my new machine was broken. One week later someone comes to work on it but doesn't have the part... So, I wait another week and take another day off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
