Very pleased with this product and the area in which we were able to place it. Had a bit of difficulty with noise in dryer after shipping, repair person was fabulous.

After purchasing for a condo, the compact machine was good fit, although, machine itself does not wash clothes well. It's not the typical quick "swish" back and forth movement as conventional washers; it gently moves once per second (it's been timed). Additionally, you are forced to open to lid in order for it to continue to the rinse cycle (the machine clicks three times to remind you), regardless of you not needing to add fabric softener. No all loads require softener and disappointed that I cannot leave the house while washing a load because I have to open the lid in order for it to complete the cycle. Overall the machine prevents me from washing by hand which is the only reason I did not rate it 1 star, although, I would not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for the Price

I bought this for my condo since I have to small of a space for regular size washer and dryer. However, I'm not the happiest with it. It's loud and I'm pretty hard of hearing so if I say it's loud, it's loud. You cannot fill it even close to the fill line because it starts rocking, the placement of the lint on the door is very poor- you slide open the lint cover on the door and the lint falls down your floors so if you're in a condo like I am and your unit is right in the main hallway you have to constantly sweep it up which is annoying. Other than that, it works great for the price. It washes clean and cycles pretty quickly. Dryer is a little too hot I think and at times, doesn't dry jeans correctly or get all the wrinkles out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
