Great installation service and performance

We just purchased this a week ago and are very pleased with the performance of the equipment and the installation service. The crew went out f the way to avoid any collateral damage to a very restricted area. The appliances fit perfectly. The performance of the machines has been wonderful.

This is my first washer and dryer since i got married 44 yrs ago. The unit was just delivered an installed. I did my first wash it ran quietly and smoothly. I liked it.

I purchased this in the late summer My old machine had died an untimely death This machine is inches smaller than the other one. My first thought.... will it hold the whole load? Yes it will and it will take a twin sized comforter or a sofa sized slip cover. It makes a noise like i've never heard before ...new technology. It gets the job done brilliantly. I love it

Like the way the washer adjusts the water level depending on size of the load.

Noisy Unit

I had a 25-year old GE washer/dryer combo that was replaced by this unit. I am disappointed that it turned out to be a very noisy unit when the washer runs. GE technician came to check and found nothing wrong with it. However, he did say that because of the way the washer was built, it will always make noise unless the clothes are evenly balanced inside the drum. That is not an easy thing to do and in fact, I have not been able to figure out how to do it. One good thing about this unit is that the dryer works very well. It dried my towels in only an hour whereas with my old unit, not all the towels would be dry after an hour.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
