washer and dryer convenient

were are senior citizens and needed to move the washer and dryer upstairs. this setup is perfect.

Bigger capacity but noise than my older model

Just purchased, have only used a few times. It has a larger capacity than my older model. The instructions are hard to understand -- it's one booklet for two very different models. A little noisy.

Low water levels

Water levels, at any cycle are to low. With a full load, the clothes at the top do not get washed!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
