Has worked well for my New York city Apartment. Reliable, not overly noisy, good exhaust. Remember to add humidity around exhaust to capture lint.

Great tub size for a space saver

I found the startup kind of confusing. I generally put soap in the tub and add the water a little bit of the ways and then I put clothes in. But because this machine I guess it's energy efficient it wouldn't let me do that. So it kept spitting out water and then stopping. I think I finally figured it out with the help of our maintenance manager. However it's not supposed to be rocket science it's just a washing machine. So it would have been nice if they would have just gone old school with it
