I bought this machine as I was constrained by the size of my utility closet to the size of the machine I could receive. Of all the stackable machines I saw, this one had the most features for its size. The washer and the dryer are on the small size, but is adequate for two adults. It may be problematic for a family of four or more. There are plenty of washer and dryer options on the machine and has dispensers for both bleach and fabric softener which a competing brand didn't. Would have been nice if the washer tub was metal instead of plastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Breaks often

Bought this in 2012 and am on my 4th service call! The plastic door latch has broken twice, the plastic dryer knob once and this time it won't complete the spin; won't restart or turn off. I would never buy this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great small space saver

Great machine for limited space. Has bleach and softener dispenser which other small machine do not have. Good machine for a family of up to three. More then enough for two people. Has a deep plastic basket and a metal drying drum. Has multiple wash and dry cycles.
