[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved my refrigerator, but when it quite working after not even 2 1/2 yrs old and found out it is 1 that is on the list for a lawsuit against LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 years old and still running strong. Had a small compressor issue that LG handled via warranty quickly! Chose this model because of the footprint and door in door design, which should be standard In my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in 2017 and recently the compressor went out, a service tech came out and replaced the compressor under warranty. I’m very satisfied with customer service following through on solving this issue.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good fridge purchased in aug. 2016. In 2017 the ice maker was replaced under warranty. In March 2022 it was replaced by me. I purchased it at repair clinic, and saw their video on you tube. You can replace it in 1 hour.
