A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH LG'S QUALITY CONTROL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 TIMES THEY BROUGHT OUT A NEW UNIT. I GAVE UP AFTER THAT. DEFORMED PLASTIC SHELF. GAP BETWEEN THE DOORS IS WIDER AT THE TOP, NARROW AT THE BOTTOM.

Wanted a LG from the start and it is all & more we

It was decided that LG was designed exactly as we wanted and the way the ice machine was designed to save space in the refrig and the lightening was perfect as we need excellent lightening. we also had to place a new refrig in a space made for an old refrig. LG gaved us modern style & features in a refrig that required less remodeling of our kitchen. The door in the door is energy saving and just outstanding.

Great fridge - small ice capacity

The only con is the ice resevouir - VERY small, We try to empty the bin at night so we dont run out, but not the best way to deal with the situation...

Significant learning curve - we are still searching for some things, and we didn't realize my wife would be vertically challenged for the top refrigerator shelf - but all in all, we're happy with the features, the water and ice work fine, and we're learning what to put on the convenience door.

Disappointed with the Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant understand why the parts are breaking and cracking my side door part cracked, the freezer draw cracked and the wheels came off.
I cannot move the freezer draw any longer. The water bottom plate cup holder turned colors. The ice cubes and trays are very small. Very dissatisfied. I need to replace all the parts that are broken

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I bought this fridge (very expensive,) for the nice look and trying to have newest appliances two and halve years ago.... all the sudden the Ice Maker stopped working. IT IS ONLY TWO 1/2 YEARS OLD!!!!
I change my 10 year old white Fridge that was working for this expensive piece of stainless steel that no one stays behind. I am so disappointed, I would NEVER by any LG product again. They should fix it at not charge.
