[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG refrigerator!! Lots of extra space. I also really like the freezer drawer. Holds a lot of food. The bright light is nice also. Some things about it take a little getting use to. Without all the door area like in my side by side, all the condiments set in the refrigerator instead of the door area Also the dispenser knob for the water is confusing. Guests spill the water on the floor a lot. The small door opening is nice but we wanted to put our milk in there to be convenient, but it does not get as cold as the refrigerator. It is a beautiful looking fridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got mine and it is nice Quality. The dual door is awesome for most used items so you dont need to go into the whole refrigerator for just a drink or your coffee creamer or small items. Also I needed the smaller width and most others did not have all the features of the 36 inch in a 33. This has them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought his to replace a standard Fridge,we have a small Kitchen with limited space so the Door in a Door was a must as well as the French Door design,so far it's a great fridge, Wife is Very Happy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this refrigerator and it’s not even 2 years old the freezer is not working I’m waiting for repair guy to come and fix it and of course I didn’t buy the extended warranty don’t know how much it will cost to fix . Hello, hate to hear, sounds like you might need a technician. This may be done through our website: https://www.lg.com/us/support/repair-service/schedule-repair-continued or for a list of service centers in your area: https://www.lg.com/us/support/repair-service/find-repair-provider ^AC
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in 2016 while new house was being built, and eventually put into service in early 2017. worked fine until a few weeks ago when it stopped making ice, and both refrigerator and freezer began “warming up”. Finally unplugged it when fridge reached 55 degrees and freezer reached 50 degrees. Apparently this is a known problem with LG refrigerators, so they offered to cover the repair in full. The problem, though, is the long wait for repair… going on 3 weeks without a refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many have told us of their LG fridges having compressor issues too. This one, once repaired makes some of the same sounds the other one did before it went out
