[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great fridge until it quit working right before Christmas 2022. It has great features such as ice and water in door, door in door and tons of room. Then it quit cooling in freezes and refrigerator! It is still under warranty but they have not been able to find repairman.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LG's has no warranty network in the US.
The usual "compressor" failed and is under warranty (10 year) but no repair
service wants to deal with LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst refrigerator I have owned in over 27years of owning my home. I just replaced this appliance after only 2 1/2 years! When my new appliance came the delivery men told me they had seen this one returned a lot !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this refrigerator. It holds more food that it looks like it would. With the shelves being eye level and the great lighting, the food is easy to see. No, wasting from not seeing. The 3rd door is great. I put my milk and smaller items like mustard and ketchup. When I open this door the items I use regularly or are smaller and hard to find are right at my fingers. Milk is right there without opening the two larger doors. And, love the 3 drawers to store fruit, vegies, lunchmeat etc. The freezer is great. Love the extra pull out drawer for smaller things. I put breakfast items there, hash browns, sausages. The only thing I do not like is the compressor. I put in new flooring which is has a backing. This very little give in the floor has the compressor making noises that can be aggravating. Wish there was a way to correct this. Otherwise I love this refrigerator.

After looking at many different units we were sold on the LG. Love the pass through door on the right. The interior has a ton a useful space as well as in the freezer. Easy instillation for the water filter as well.
