Good Fridge with Some Minor Issues

I have had this fridge almost a year. It is a great size, and one of the few I could find to fit our space. The features are nice. However, I started to notice a humming noise a few months ago, and it has gotten worse. Also, when the sun hits the front doors, you can see chain link pattern - a waviness in the door. I assume it has to do with how the stainless is affixed the door structure, but it looks like someone took a hammer at regular intervals and made slight dents in the door. This is only on the door without the ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model LG refrigerator is meeting my expectations and needs. The only thing that I have noticed so far is it runs louder than my previous side by side model LG.
This new one has a newly designed compressor (Inverter Linear) which may be the reason. My previous LG was damaged by lightning striking the house but we had been very pleased with it so we again purchased LG.
