[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased refrigerator about two months ago. Looks great. Like the ice and water in door feature. Could use more shelf space. We were space limited so we had to go with this narrower model. Wish there would be more refrigerator space and less freezer space.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd LG refrigerator. We had the 26 cu ft version in our last house. Our only complaint is that there is an intermittent vibration sound coming from the freezer. Opening and closing the door eliminates the vibration some times but not always. Pushing in on the door will cause the vibration sound to stop some times too. Shifting the freezer contents doesn’t help.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a French door refrigerator a month ago. CON: It is VERY noisy in comparison to my 20 year old Kenmore. I bought the 24.4cf thinking it would be roomy but it is not in comparison to my side by side. The ice and water dispenser sweats some days not sure why, will call a work order in. The Stainless Steel outside very hard to keep clean of finger prints. The ice maker doesnt look to take up space but it does. The shelfs behind the ice maker a basically useless they are so narrow. PRO: I do think foods stay fresher longer in the new refrigerator compared to my old one. My husband likes fairly well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. Very quiet. The only negative I have is when closing the left door sometimes the bar does not line up and go into the slot. I just have to be aware and check the bar is lined up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refridgerator for 6 weeks and I’m very happy with it. This model has in the door ice and water dispenser which is vey well designed. Most ice dispensers drop ice on the floor, but this dispenser is designed so that the glass fits snugly to the opening. So far I haven’t spilled one cube! The chest freezer has a roll out door where I put the items I pull frequently. The remainder of the chest is in two sections and is very conducive to organizing frozen goods. The refridgerator shelves are also adjustable to several different configurations. My only concern is the door storage, which isn’t too roomy. But that’s minor. I really am pleased with this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought an LG because we were told they were one of the most reliable. Our kitchen appliances are all black. We couldn't find a black LG so settled on the black stainless. It is very light, more of a gray and, for the price, should have just gone with the stainless. We loved the idea of the in the door ice maker to free up shelf space. When full, the ice bin will hold just over a half gallon of ice. This is plenty for us. This refrigerator is only 33" wide. I assume the 36" would hold more ice. The cubes are smaller (1.5"X1.5"X1") so they freeze faster, but also melt faster, if that matters to you. The door bins over the ice maker are not as deep as the ones on the other door. We have a lot of condiments and some did have to go on a shelf. I'm not sure how much is due to the narrow bins and how much is due to the fact we downsized from a 36" fridge. One thing I do not like is both doors have to be open to open the right vegetable drawer. The left drawer will extend fully with only the left door open. This was not an issue with our old refrigerator. This fridge did not come with an egg tray or butter dish, something our old one had but maybe none of the new ones do. We noticed a very loud vibration the second day. It lasted maybe 10-15 minutes and occurred a few times per day. Apparently the fridge needs to have a slight incline toward the rear. We cranked the front leveling feet several times until the noise was just a hum. The freezer has a moveable divider in the bottom drawer to help keep things organized. The top drawer includes a bin you can use to store extra ice or to help keep things organized up there too. Overall this refrigerator has been great. Only time will tell how reliable it actually is.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 4 LG products and the refrigerator was the first one used. We love it! The ease of installing the filter and the storage space is more than adequate!
