[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a floor sample at Home Depot and sometimes we put in a new air filter and the refrigerator switch won't clear.. Sometimes it freezes the vegetables. Even though it is a remarkable appliance. I have had a side by side and a freezer with only one freezer drawer on the bottom . Both of these are out of the question since my hip and knee replacements prevent me from kneeling or bending to get things out of these freezers. The LG makes my life so much easier with the two drawer freezers. I can see everything and get to it so I don"t forget what is in the freezer and have to throw out old freezer burned food. I like the multi-drawer system for meats and cheeses. I can see everything on every shelf. This refrigerator is worth every penny we paid for it and I would buy another one for our vacation home.

Refrigerator space is also amazing with shelf placement ideal for anything you can possibly need. Stable temperature readout is a plus. Love the icemaker/water feature. Possibly the only minor complaint may be that the "open door" alarm goes off too soon. It should have been preset for an additional minute. Love this fridge!

We were limited to 33” wide and no more than 69” high. We wanted ice & water through the door and this model fit all our requirements. It’s quiet, produces lots of ice, and is quite roomy. Water dispenser is located in front of the ice dispenser. Took a little bit of practice to get that right, but we like the feature now. Really like the freezer on the bottom which was a big change from our 15 year old side by side fridge. I wanted to actually see the refrigerator before I bought it and most appliance stores in our area didn’t have this model on their floor. Best Buy did. Delivery was professional and seamless. Thumbs up all the way around to LG and Best Buy.

original purchased on 3/9/19 ice-maker did not work,a replacement ice-maker was ordered same problem it did not work, according to ABT technician something wired wrong at the factory. Fridge was replaced with brand new one, everything works.

Purchased on 8/6/2017. As I am writing this it is being serviced for the second time. The entire appliance stops working for unknown reason. Twice I have had to throw out an entire refrigerator and freezer of food! Would not recommend.
