[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice. Great features. Large capacity for the size (33" wide). Water dispenser took some getting used to. First ever french doors and bottom drawer freezer. I'm liking it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this for a little over a year now. Great product. Looks great and plenty of room for our food and drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator to replace our LG that stopped working after having it for five years. It has nice features and fits into our space perfectly. I’m glad we purchased another LG.

Compressor needs to be replaced after 3 years

Very disappointed! Compressor has to be replaced after 3 years. Our last refrigerator (not and LG) lasted 18 years and needless to say cost much less. Also disappointed with the service. The soonest LG can get someone to repair the compressor is 4 days from now. We will have to pay the cost for it to be repaired. Would not recommend LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our new refrigerator! The slim design offers plenty of space inside for our needs, without being to big to fit the space in our kitchen. The water dispenser has taken some time to get used to; it's not as deep as our previous one, and water has spilled out (due to user error), but that'll work itself out. I love the slim design of the ice maker, and that it doesn't take up any shelving space. And even though I have to open both doors to access it, the Glide and Serve drawer is my favorite! It has so much space and I'm able to see everything in there without having to move things around and search under things.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the flexibility of shelving and in the freezer.

The Worst Refrigerator Ever
on June 18, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for just over 5 years and the only good thing I can say about it is that it fits nicely in the (small) space I have. The ice maker production is a joke in terms of how little ice it produces. If we have a party or even large gathering, we have to still purchase bags of ice to keep up. The items on the upper top shelf in the refrigerator section will freeze on the top, regardless of the refrigerator temp setting. And shortly after the warranty expired, we've been dealing with ice formation on the bottom tray under the freezer drawers which causes water to leak out onto the kitchen floor. Approximately once/week I have to lie on the floor and chip out all of the ice from there, only to have it reform over the next 6-7 days and start leaking again, repeating the process over and over. From what limited information I could gather online, it's likely due to some drain tube freezing up with ice but it's beyond my skill level so I will now have to pay for a repair person to fix it, since (surprise, surprise), the warranty is gone. I spoke to a Customer Service rep and she was basically zero help with this issue other than giving me the names of repairman in my area. When we purchased this, we mistakenly thought the LG name stood for quality but I will never purchase another LG product again.

The ice maker on the LFXS24623S makes 2.5 pounds of ice daily when in IcePlus mode. We are sorry to see you are having issues with ice forming and leaking as it melts. Based on the issues you are describing, it sounds like you may need a technician to check it out. This may be done through our website: http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair-service/schedule-repair-us or for a list of service centers in your area: https://www.lg.com/us/support/repair-service/find-repair-provider If you are in need of any assistance, have additional questions, or would just like to see our helpful tips, check us out on Twitter @LGUSSupport Facebook https://www.facebook.com/LGUSA/ ^CP
