[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That compressor went out quickly, and the repairman said the compressor has a 93% fail rate in the first three years. I’m top of that I have a terrible customer service.

I really liked it at first ....but the quality was poor ....didn't cool any more....wish I could have another French door fridg....but as a single mom can't afford on.....it was a disappointment....nobody to work on it

We have had our fridge a little over 3 yrs and it went out on us. Took almost 2 weeks to get the company they use for warranty to come out. I can say our technician was really nice and got it fixed. We have a extra fridge downstairs but never should a fridge die in just 3 yrs. Especially for how dang expensive they are. Just glad it was still under warranty.
