We don’t love how the stainless steel shows fingerprints so clearly. And if you don’t use the ice maker for a couple weeks (like when you’re on vacation) the ice gets stuck and you have to open it up and break it up a bit. When we did have trouble with it not cooling LG really stood behind their product and took care of it for us,

21 Days without a refrigerator. Second time in 5 years it broke. Terribly inconvenient to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for 2 1/2 years, but he compressor died on 9/17/2021. We lost a couple of hundred dollars of food. It is a good thing this model has been discontinued.

Technician came home and repaired the refrigerator (specifically freezer). Technician was very professional - gave information prior to diagnosis, and explained the problem clearly after the diagnosis. Fixed the issue by replacing the compressor. Very friendly and addressed all our concerns very patiently.
