THE FRIDGE THEN BEGAN TO STOP FREEZING ITEMS SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY AND WITHIN 24 HOURS THE REPAIR MAN WAS AT OUR HOME. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR FREE OF CHARGE.THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC !! WE ALSO HAVE AN LG BIG SCREEN TV THAT RUNS PERFECTLY AFTER 10 YEARS OF USE.WELL DONE LG !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dear LG, Our french door LG refrigerator has been great. From the ice maker and filtered water in the door to the dual drawer freezer and the convenient double doors. The failure of the compressor was an unexpected shock. The loss of freezer and refrigerator contents plus the water on the floor just as 14 people were invited to a Christmas meal. It took a week to get a service team here. They did a good job of installing a new compressor. It took twenty four more hours waiting for the refrigerator to get down to temperature. Two things remain from this experience. One is it is now a loud, noisy refrigerator. We know of no solution for this except try to learn to live with it. The second is we no longer trust it. Will it fail again? What if it fails when we are traveling? So we are unsure as to our next step. Any suggestions are welcome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this refrigerator is now 4 years old. was very happy with it until the compressor went now it vibrates. however i love the features. for a smaller refrigerator it is very roomy inside. it was just what we needed for our small kitchen and the space we needed to put it in
