[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor quit working while we were away from home. We lost all food in refrigerator and freezer. Thankfully it was replaced by factory customer service. Hopefully new part is more durable.

I bought this refrigerator 5 years ago and it has been repaired 4 times now we cannot get anybody to do anything about refunding us a lemon refrigerator shame on you

I love my LG refrigerator but the freezer went up to 40° I had an extended warranty and there was a class action lawsuit on the refrigerator. They came out to fix it and everything is working great now. I still love the refrigerator and would buy from them again.

Stopped cooling 2 months after the warranty expired...... booo plus this model had a class action suit for cooling failures.

Seven years almost to the day and it died. Kept clean so no lint build up to cause an issure. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
