This refrigerator is(was) very noisy. It died after 4 1/2 years. I sure am glad I bought the extended warranty

We love our refrigerator, but your service department is giving you guys a bad name. You need people that know what they are doing We been going with the same issue for the last two weeks.

Purchased in October of 2016, compressor went out in Feb 2020 (under warranty so that was OK). Fast forward to November 2022 and unit wasn't cooling, turns out there is a refrigerant leak inside a wall that cannot be repaired. So only 6 years in now I have to buy a new fridge. For the amount of $$ LG products cost they should last more than 6 years!

Previous LG just quit due to problems with ones made at that time that resulted in Class Action Suit(which I was not aware of), but we loved that unit. Was not ready to purchase a new fridge due to being 75, retired on fixed income, I was not happy. But love LG, and after shopping around wanting more bang for my buck I saw LG again was my go too product. I know they have great products and did purchase new one. Drawers seem to hit and must be pushed in, maybe they in time will wear, wish shelves on doors were more adjustable and the unit doors must be pushed closed they do not close on own. These we can live with as long as we get longevity out of unit. Thank you LG for caring and making improvements

I purchased the fridge 7 years ago. Freezer stopped working and fridge is not cooling.
