WE PURCHASED A NEW HOME AND THIS FRIDGE WAS THERE NOT MORE THEN 2 YEARS OLD AND IT HAS STOPPED WORKING. LG CONTINUES TO TELL US THAT THEY CAN NOT GET A TECH OUT TO US BUT THAT IT IS UNDER WARRANTY SO THAT WE WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING AND THEN THEY WILL SEE IF THEY CAN REIMBURSE US. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LG AGAIN. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FRIDGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my refrigerator! Love the clear, adjustable shelving which makes it easy to locate things. Love the ice maker although it had a little difficulty keeping up in last summers heat. We recently had it shut down and had to replace the condenser and the compressor. Thankfully we still under warranty but the labor charge was was a hit to our pocketbook. Even with the few difficulties, we like the design and it works well for our family.

I love my refrigerator with French doors and freezer on the bottom. Recently had a problem and the service man they sent was not only knowledgeable but very personable as well.
After our 7 year old lg refrigerator compressor went out we couldn't find anyone to work on an lg and were forced to buy a new refrigerator. Needless to say we did not buy an lg!

Love the French door feature. It makes storing and getting things out easier. I can see everything clearly and don't have to move a ton of stuff around to get to something. The freezer has a good amount of space and I like the additional drawer up top for quick access. The self diagnosis feature is cool because you can quickly figure out what's wrong with your phone.
