I have mix reviews pro and cons. The compressor has been replacing twice in less a year and we still waiting for the new compressor to arrive to person who will be fixing. that would be 3rd compressor. customer service has been fine..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I love my LG refrigerator The only complaint is that it does not produce enough ice. We are a family of 3 only and would not always have enough ice So we would have to purchase ice from store. We went as far as purchasing on ice maker for the counter.
Stopped freezing and cooling. No longer works. Attempted repair twice.

Our ice maker has been having low production and it turns out we need to replace the whole door. This fridge is only 3 years old but is, of course, out of warranty. I would not recommend.

Replacement was made to my refrigerator with a new compressor that didn’t fit so the back of the vent was left off . Not happy.
