Fridge is only 6 years old a d it has already stopped working. We lost so much food. The water and ice design is poor a d the. Etal parts to the ice ma,er. Evan rusting after a only 3-4 years a d ice came out with rust on it.

Thought I would have more space with the door in door but I was wrong all the door in door does is allow you to open just the upper part of refrigerator door.

Love the style, look, shelves but very disappointed with the trend of the compressor failing in LG fridges. Mine just failed. And although LG will pay for the compressor they will NOT pay for the labor. Not worth it to fix it.

THEY COVERED ALL COST INCLUDING THE PARTS AND LABOR AND OFFERED TO COME BACK FOR FREE IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS BUT IT RUNS GREAT NOW WITH NO ISSUES.
