Worst product and customer service !!!! Do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t even deserve one star !!! Within just 2 years it’s compressor was burnt and six more parts with it
LG customer service was added trouble in our life they tried fixing two times in my house thinking it as their warehouse . Repair was not successful and asked us to buy small refrigerator and do groceries everyday
For more than a month now we are without refrigerator putting my family members health in jeopardy. Instead of standing by their product and refunding our money asking us to wait until they review it !!!! Making us suffer everyday
I wish I never bought lg product worst product and customer service ever !!!

The compressor went out on our new LG Purchaded new 2019) refrigerator/freezer..we lost ALL of the items inside (condiments, milk, eggs butter, cheeses not to mention a turkey, ham & ice cream ) just before Thanksgiving. They sent us a check for $100.00 to replace the items .. who & where can you replace a complete loss of items for ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY LG Products..nor will i recommend LG EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Love this Refrigerator

This refrigerator has a ton of room - love the full slide out drawer in the refrigerator which makes it great for platters, and the double drawer freezer helps organize frozen items.
Two small drawbacks: You have to hit the ice button twice to change from crushed to cubed, and also, the left french door has about a 2 inch seal (for lack of a better description) that folds out when the door closes but sometimes sticks out hitting the right door so that you have to manually fold it in to close it.
Having said that, these are minor inconveniences and overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Amazing frig!

We've had this frig for two months now and we LOVE it! Everything about it is great! Love the freezer at the bottom and the two drawers, lots of room. There is TONS of space up top, especially since the ice maker is in the door and not taking up valuable space in the frig area. The ice maker works great and we love how you can grab ice and then water without having to press a bunch of buttons. The overall look of the frig is beautiful and it's very quiet. We highly recommend this frig and did a lot of research before buying it. LG makes a great product!

Perfect Fridge

It is hard to find a fridge will all the bells and whistles when you are very limited on space, but this fridge has it all! I am very pleased with how quiet the fridge operates, that was my number one concern. I'm not sure that the bins on the inside of the doors are the most functional, but it works for some things. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Love the two freezer drawers!

I have had this refrigerator for one month now. I love having the two freezer drawers for quick access to every day items in the second drawer for larger products access less frequently. I was worried the icemaker might be too small but I dump the ice into the been provided in one of the freezer drawers to have an excess amount as needed. Refrigerator looks very nice and shelves allow for easy organization of food. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Have a smaller space but this works great - very roomy. Love the slim design of the ice maker in the door - doesn't take up extra space. Lots of room in the freezer.

No Matter the Price - It's NOT A GOOD DEAL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not even two years old and it's broken. Main board went out - LG is great for selling 'extended warranties' to repair your product. Pretty sure that's the business they are in, service. Good luck finding anyone who will even service the product without purchasing this warranty.
