I purchased this refrigerator in 2016. It has served me well. Also, the filters are very easy to replace. I highly recommend all LG products because I also have the DW, Range and microwave..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First when delivery guys came in they refused to unhook water line from old LG refrigerator and we had to unhook water line , they removed old one and then they brought new fridge in they told us that due to our water line was copper they refused to hook it up and we paid for a new line hook up and they left the refrigerator in the middle of the floor and with out saying a word to us they left and when we pushed the refrigerator to it spot , it’s too wide and want fit and we gave the associate the measurements of the old refrigerator and the delivery guys should have checked and pushed the refrigerator in its place instead of just leaving like they did and second no one told us that they would not install the water line because it was copper line, very frustrating and we waited 2 weeks for the delivery and this is not acceptable and I will file a complaint with the corporate office
