Full of flaws and constantly breaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a breeze to clean and that's about all the positive things I have to say. We've had to get the compressor repaired and now we're getting rid of it because it needs a new evaporator. We've replaced every single plastic bin on both doors 3 times because they crack and fall off. Ice maker has been broken for years. Do not recommend.

Ice Maker is Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for 5 years and have replaced the ice maker twice. It needs to be replaced again, and they have discontinued the part. They knew there was a problem with the system and instead of fixing it, they discontinued it. Now I have to buy an entirely new refrigerator.

Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is spacious and worked great for about 8 years before the compressor stopped working. Luckily it was still under warranty so we had a local tech installed it. I wished the LG support team was faster at sending out the product. It took 2 tries and 2 weeks later.

One of the freezer drawers leaked from day one. The compressor went bad prior to the 10 year warranty period and LG would not stand behind their product. We had to trash it and buy another one.

Bad out of the box

Did not last long. 2 compressors in 5 years. Now it's making that buzzing noise again. Going to buy another fridge after 7 yrs. What waste of money. Definitely NOT buying an LG!!!

This was a great fridge till it wasn’t the part supposedly was covered but they open a ticket but nothing came of it. There’s a lawsuit open check into it if u have problems.
