Ice Maker!!

Very poor design of ice maker, frequently freezes up. I have had to replace the flap motor, and flap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new LG refrigerator for a few months now. I absolutely love it!! The only flaw would be where water is dispensed. If you do not have a container in the right spot, the water ends up on the floor. Other than that, I am so glad we made the switch to the freezer on the bottom by buying this refrigerator!!!

Especially like the ice maker built into the door so you are not losing all the storage space with most other french door styles. The interior LED lighting really makes it look like there is more space inside. We chose the black stainless which is so much better for less fingerprints and smudges. Hoping the compressor will last a long time.

The only negative I have is that the freezer drawers will not stay open. When retrieving something from the freezer I have to hold the drawer to keep it from closing.

We talked about changing out our appliances as both of us wanted to go to stainless steel appliances for a while so when the remolding started I researched all the applinces we would need and for the refrigator it had to be a special size and I was looking to find one with out order it. When I got to L.G. appliances I found a 3 door French Door in their store that was the perfect size to fit in the hole where the old one came out. That was the first star, the rest of the stars had to do with the refrigerator, the inside was out of this world. Very large area to put food, water and ice on door, very large freezer. So as a client that has never owned a L.G. product I feel like I have made a great choice when I went all L.G. products for all of our appliances and even purchased a new L.G. washer and dryer. So if you are in the need of any type of appliance and feel like you could try an L.G. product then do as I have done.

Capacity is great, it cools evenly and features a deli drawer, which many French door models don't offer. Best of all, it is extremely quiet!
I chose the new black stainless steel color and absolutely love it! Doesn't show fingerprints. I will eventually replace all my appliances with this gorgeous finish.

I like that it is very spacious both top and bottom section ..the top shelves gives you room to adjust for different heights and widths of things that you can put in there. I like the drawers for deli ,meats or produce..also the crisper can be adjusted for
veggies or fruits...i like the ice maker that gives me crushed or cubes. The ability to get cold water from it....Also very important it's very quiet..
