[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had our LG fridge installed on 9/10/19. Have been real pleased with it so far. Only have 3 complaints.... the water dispenser is deathly slow!! Takes FOREVER to fill the coffee pot for morning coffee, water comes out at a strange angle too. Icemaker makes too few cubes and too small sized cubes.
All in all happy with unit, and yes, I would buy again.

Continuous Problems

I bought this model 26 months ago and have had continuous problems. Ice - not frost - builds up around freezer drawers to the point that opening the drawer tore a chunk out of the gasket seal. Five service calls on the ice built-up has resulted in replacing the two bottom drawer assemblies and replacing the center panel between the drawers three times. Problem not resolved and center panel needs replacing again. Now refrigerator has completely stopped working. Technician said the complete sealed system needs replacing (needs a new compressor, evaporator coil and dryer) and that the refrigerator should go to "buy-out". Two and a half weeks later I am still waiting for a response from LG on what they are willing to do. I was told yesterday I should hear in 3 to 5 days. LG support is the worst I have ever dealt with in the past half century.

probably the compressor, which is stated to have a 10 year warranty, but I'm sure the labor that I will be charged to fix it will be half of the price of the fridge.
