The delivery guys would not hook up water line to new fridge, left it in the middle of kitchen, big dent in door and scratched , just unprofessional service!!!!!

I purchased this refrigerator in 2017. I have had to repair it twice and it is still malfunctioning. I will not spend more money repairing a lemon. I will most likely replace this refrigerator with a new one of another brand. I also has several repair issues with my relatively new LG induction range. No more LG appliances for me!

Worst fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The absolute worst appliance. All the shelves cracked within a couple years. The design didn’t consider the width of the fridge and the shelves weren’t supported properly. Freezer is now not working after 5 years. I will never buy LG again

LG compressors are junk. Refrigerator lasted 7 years and according to many appliance retailers this is common.

Could be better if compressor was not so poor

It is a very good size fridge and great compact ice maker. However, the compressor is of poor quality. LG needs to give a 10 year warranty on it. My 5 year warranty is up soon, so I will be looking for a replacement fridge.

After I reset it and come back to work, but the same issue happened so many times. 2 weeks ago same issue happened again, I reset it and back to work but 1 week later stop working.
