Handle with gloved hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a week ago. It will not hold the proper temp in the refrigerator. I put in a thermometer and the temp varies from 33 -50 degrees. Milk that has 10 days before expiration is starting to sour already. Hoping for a good repairperson. Just looking at the unit will smudge the stainless finish. I have hung a towel on the door so I can wipe the exterior every time I touch it.

I’ve only had my fridge 2 yrs and the compressor has gone out twice. I don’t believe that I would buy an LG refrigerator ever again. I’m very disappointed because I have a washer and dryer that I like very much.

Very bad quality. On the 4th year of having the refrigerator, the compressor stopped working. 2 yrs later it stopped working again and this time I have to pay for labor because it’s out of warranty. They won’t reimburse me. Very disappointing

I purchased this LG refrigerator in November 2016. On July 3, 2023 the compressor died. I expect a refrigerator to last longer than 6 1/2 years. LG comes highly recommended by Consumer Reports but I don't think I will rely on that in the future.

Totally pleased with this product and its features

So much room, great lighting, easy to see all that is inside. Had to retrain a bit but now pretty comfortable. Energy saving and the door in a door feature is very convenient.
