[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and am thrilled with the features. It is roomy in both the frig and the freezer. I love the freezer on the bottom and the double doors. Just one suggestion. The upper screw that holds the back plastic on and supports the shelves was not attached because it was mounted too low and the screw completely missed the hole. Might want to improve on your quality assembly control in the future.

The great thing they did was not charge me for service call. I would have given better review if they would have sent someone out much quicker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our refrigerator 2 years ago and anticipate changing all kitchen appliances to LG when time allows. Great shelving with what I call “adjustable-adjustable“ shelves, the shelves are easy to rearrange for get togethers, larger meals, etc. The doors and all drawers swing/glide very smoothly & Simple to keep clean. The fridge is solid, reliable and after 2 years of use, still LOOKS and FUNCTIONS as if new! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this refrigerator to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very happy until compresses went out after 3 years of use. Called LG and was very happy for the quick repair at no cost to me. I did loss most of the food in refrig and a lot all of meat in freezer.

This fridge was in our house when we moved in and since that time the black stainless “wrap” has came off like crazy. The previous home owners had purchased the LG refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave all in black stainless within 1 year of us moving in. We were happy to move into a home with new appliances. We have lived here now for almost 3 years. The ice also constantly gets stuck in the main dispenser so we had to stop using it altogether. We had to buy a countertop ice maker. We will never purchase LG appliances again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
