[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] EXCELLENT PRODUCT W/ONE SLIGHT PROBLEM IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO FIND AN ANNOYING 'RATTLE 'INSIDE IT WAS WAS IN THE FILTER COVER PUT SOME INSULATION STOPPED IT.OTHER THAN THAT HAPPY AS A CLAM.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Refrigerator after reading reviews. I love the way it looks. The problem was it did not work a service man came worked on it yet still it did not work. In the meantime ai lost a full amount of groceries worth quite a lot . Finally I decided one more try,so the repair guy came and said the compressor was not good. He ordered this and we then had a working appliance. This all took maybe a month. Not a happy camper at all.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had our new French door refrigerator about 3 weeks and the ice dispenser does not work. Not sure what else I can say as we have not had it very long. One thing we would suggest to LG is to split the wide storage tray in the lower section of the refrigerator in half to match the doors. Currently you have to open both doors to accesses the storage bin. Had we noticed this feature earlier we would have picked another mode.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for 3 months now and we're very happy with this unit. Only problem is where to place everything! Espically love the fact that the ice maker unit is slim and we didn't lose shelf space. And the freezer drawers are very convenient.
