Very Spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about a month and are very happy with the selection. I did extensive reviews on this model and had concerns about two items that were mentioned in many reviews. One was the icemaker and its inability to make sufficient ice cubes and the other was the compressor which seemed to fail on many units after about two years.
My wife and I are heavy water drinkers and are always carrying around a 16 ounce glass filled with ice and water. So far we have run out of ice one time and that we can live with. As I had learned from one reviewer, we let the ice cube holder fill up the first time before we used it and so far it has been able to keep up.
As for the compressor, I did take out the extended warranty so that I should be covered in case there is a problem.
Overall, my wife really loves the refrigerator and the large amount of space that is available. There is just the two of us and when you open the refrigerator there is room for so many more items that the refrigerator looks barren at times and I have told my wife she has to buy more.(LOL) We had a side by side previously and that was always filled. The bottom freezer is very handy and again very spacious. Everything is also very well lit making it easy to see what you have inside.
The only negative comment that I can make at this time is the design of the water outlet, the piece that you hold your glass against to obtain water. This piece is flat and it should be concave so that the glass will stay in place when you push to activate the water dispenser. Right now the glass can slide on this flat panel and in my opinion, that is a design flaw. This is also true of the ice dispenser but it doesn't to seem to be a problem in obtaining ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using for two weeks, and this machine is awesome. Plenty of room in fridge and freezer, and ice and water thru door is very convienant. Only problem is that ice flap does not always close causing condensation above water outlet, to fix this put finger up ice outlet and flip the flap, which then closes fully and prevents the condensation. Over all this is a great refrigerator and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

I wasn't looking forward to getting used to something different, but I have loved the change. It's been easy to keep it well organized and clean. The lighting inside is great! I'm not a huge fan of the slide-away shelf (that makes room for taller items) cause it seems to "slide away" even when it's not supposed to. Overall I'm very happy with the fridge. It seems to keep everything really cold without having any freezing areas going on. I'm hoping it will last me for many years to come, although I realize 29 years may be asking too much. =)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this refrigerator for 3 weeks, love how much we can fit in the spaces. We had a problem with the water dispenser and ice maker not making enough ice, but found out it was the saddle valve and had it replaced with a t with shut off valve. Now plenty of water and ice. The only thing we could complain about is the signals on the frig. they are so soft there is no way we could hear, say open door warning, in livingrooom, or even in dining room near kitchen. Way too quiet especially for us with hearing problems. Signals need to be adjustable to a much louder sound. We also have that problem with our new microwave.
