Great Refrigerator

There is plenty of room for all my food and the lighting makes it so easy to see everything in it. There is no piece on the bottom front to keep out dirt and I think it would be beneficial to have that addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is by far the handiest one we've ever owned. I can't find fault in any feature. it holds temperature perfectly, alarms if left open to long, dispenses ice properly, and comes with a great 10 year warranty.

My Best Fridge Ever

Best refrigerators I've ever owned

Very quiet. I also like the size of the ice cubes. Perfect for cocktails. Finally, the led lighting makes this refrigerator top of the line. Great product.

The awesome refrigerator

about this time last year, my husband and I began a floor to ceiling remodel of the grungy old kitchen in our condo. The kitchen is quite small, but we wanted to make the best possible use of the space and make it practical and functional. I really wanted quality appliances, since I love cooking, and I had my heart set on a bottom-freezer refrigerator. Nothing else would do. At our old house we had a top freezer and everything was always falling out (I tend to keep my freezer pretty well stocked). My mom knew of my dream and also knew that our budget for the kitchen was running dry... so she and my dad gave us a gift note that basically said I should buy the fridge I wanted, no matter price, and they would cover it.
We spent hours comparison shopping, and this model LG was in my wishlist from the get-go. So far we are very happy with our fridge. Food seems to last longer than in my old fridge, there is space to spare, I LOVE the french doors at the top and the freezer at the bottom with pull-out drawer is EVERYTHING! It has one large drawer area with two compartments at the bottom, and then a smaller additional drawer, which I like to use for keeping smaller items and frozen desserts. I like that it has a small alarm that goes off if the doors are left open. Inside, the full-length bottom drawer is wonderful for smaller items, and the two crisper drawers are a good size. It is also beautifully lit on the inside, making it easy to spot whatever you're looking for. The stainless finish is super sleek and elegant.
There are two small caveats: although the ice and water dispenser are nice and compact, taking very little space away from the interior door compartments, our guests usually have a hard time figuring out how to dispense water. It took us a couple tries too, but I just show people who to use it properly. The other "but" is the size... this fridge is BIG. It is deeper than we thought, so it does encroach more on the already-small space at the back of the galley kitchen. But we have already gotten used to the best way to open it without feeling constricted, and of course, size will likely not be an issue for most buyers. Our kitchen is just tiny.
All in all, we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks mom and dad!
