Well organized refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 2 weeks ago, after our GE refrigerator died and are quite happy with the product. Our daughter had a similar LG refrigerator that died after 5 years but we felt this was the best choice anyway.
Pros: great organization for storage in both the refrigerator section and the freezer, wonderful lighting, doors smooth and easy to use, good temperature controls and really BIG inside.
Cons: the open door alarm is too quiet and high pitched (I can not hear it even when standing in front of the refrigerator): the door alarm should be loud and obnoxious to get your attention!. The fan motor is a bit louder than I thought it would be: noticeable but not really bad.
Pros: Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the 3rd refrigerator we’ve had in less than 5 years. Two other brands had serious defects and had to be replaced. There was a delay in getting the LG due to supply & demand. It was well worth the wait. The LG is quiet and beautiful inside and out. Inside layer out with thought and flexibility. Everything fits well and is easy to access.

We purchased this 11/2017 for new house. Finally got into new house 2/2018. Installed unit and it is working well. Having issues lining up doors and top of freezer drawer seems to always have frost on the items kept there but we have not been able to dig deeper into what the issue might be. Overall everything appears to be good. Would recommend
