Love most features, but way too unreliable.

I bought one in SC. It broke with 2 years. Bought one in VA and that has now leaked refrigerant all over, cooking my food, in only 2.5 years. Over a week and the repair guy still has not put in an appearance.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I loved this refrigerator for about 6 months. The first problem was the ice maker, if I didn't use it regularly it would freeze. I worked out of town so I couldnt use it every day so I was constantly trying to figure out a way around the issue. The freezer would not freeze the food at times. Not sure why. The food in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator would freeze so I quit using it. When the door would not shut I pulled the empty drawer out and ice had built up everywhere. I did the recommended hair dryer melt and it was good for awhile. A couple of months ago it just quit cooling all together. Refrigeratot and freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this refrigerator! Has so much space for a counter-depth refrigerator. Adjustable shelves, so much room in freezer with drawers to organize items.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am giving only 3 stars because the previous LG refrigerator had large Vegetable bins , this one has twisted vegetable bin and will hold less than previous ones . STill need time to review this one . Good thing is it has two compressors , so less load on each compressor

I bought this 6 months ago. Love the bottom freezer. 1 big drawer opposed to 2 -so much room

Questionable quality but great LG service

After one month, the motherboard failed and had to be replaced. After four years the compressors failed (just after the extended warranty expired). My neighbors had an identical product, theirs failed with in 5 years. The LG repair service provided was excellent and very responsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced main control

My LG refrigerator was working fine until this week star dropping a lot ice and noise and stop working after 10 hour. The appliance repair technician replaced main control and working Ok for 1 day next day stop working.
